About Ritika OTR/l, CLC

Raised in the Bay Area and moving to Los Angeles shortly after college, I was educated at Harker Academy, Archbishop Mitty, and SJSU. I double majored in Occupational Therapy and Psychology. 

I completed my internships at Cedar Sinai and UCLA NPI. Additionally, I have further training and certifications as a Personal Leadership Coach, along with wellness modalities in Reiki, Meditation, and Sound Healing. I currently reside in the Bay Area, where I have held Director positions in various Senior Care Communities.

I walked into Senior Care in 2002, and I knew immediately I wanted to focus my healthcare career in Geriatrics. That year itself, I was promoted to Director of Rehabilitation. Since then, I have worked as a Clinical Rehab Director or as an Independent Contractor in nearly every setting for Senior Care, providing essential elder care support and navigating various healthcare complexities. My experience includes: Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Adult Day Centers, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Board & Care. 

Raised in a culture that honors the privilege of elder care, I moved back to the Bay Area to oversee my parents' own care. Each senior and family I work with receives the same level of compassion and commitment to high-quality senior care. I am dedicated to providing geriatric services that promote dignity and enhanced quality of life. I understand the challenges that come with aging and am committed to helping you navigate them with ease.
