Our family had the opportunity to interact with Ritika when she was working as an Occupational Therapist with my 90-year-old father. During the course of her evaluation and work, she came to my parents’ apartment to assess their living situation. She astutely identified a number of issues that needed to be dealt with, such as potential obstacles and barriers to movement. She suggested a number of straightforward, practical options for managing the issues she identified. We followed these recommendations and saw the desired benefits.

Ritika did a superb job at establishing rapport with my parents. She presented her observations and suggestions in such a way that my parents understood them, appreciated the rationale for them, and were able to implement them. As someone with expertise external to the family, my parents were better able to accept her suggestions than if they had come from a family member or friend.

We feel fortunate to have been able to work with Ritika, and would gladly work with her again. Her expertise, demeanor and nuanced presentations were greatly appreciated.
